At DressMeZee, we want you to feel like a queen in your new outfit, but if it's not the perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached and free from any makeup or perfume marks.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene seals are fully intact.

  Ship It Back

  Generate your return shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-10 business days.
